Terms of use
Last updated: June 19, 2026
By accessing the Obrio website or using our services, you accept these terms of use in full. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this site or our services.
1. Definitions
In these terms:
- "Obrio" refers to the company Obrio, headquartered in Gatineau, Quebec, Canada.
- "Site" refers to the website available at obrio.ca.
- "Services" refers to all AI agent automation services provided by Obrio.
- "User" refers to any person accessing the Site or using the Services.
- "Client" refers to a User who has entered into a services agreement with Obrio.
2. Acceptance of terms
By browsing this Site or submitting a service request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these terms of use, along with our Privacy policy, which forms an integral part of them.
Obrio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page. Continued use of the Site or Services after posting constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
3. Description of services
Obrio offers operations automation services for SMBs, including:
- The deployment and operation of specialized AI agents (accounting, quotes, customer service, reminders, supplier orders)
- The integration of these agents with the client company's existing systems
- Training teams to use and supervise the agents
- Ongoing monitoring and optimization of the automated processes
The specific terms of each engagement (deliverables, pricing, duration) are defined in a separate services agreement signed between Obrio and the Client.
4. Use of the website
4.1 Permitted use
You may use this Site to:
- Learn about Obrio's services
- Submit a contact or pilot request
- Read our publications and resources
4.2 Prohibited uses
You may not use this Site to:
- Engage in any illegal activity or activity contrary to public order

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure
- Distribute malicious, misleading or defamatory content
- Reproduce, copy or resell the Site's content without prior written authorization
- Use bots or automated scripts to extract the Site's content
5. Final human judgment principle
Obrio commits that any irreversible external action carried out by an AI agent (sending an email, approving a transaction, communicating with a third party) is preceded by a validation or a summary sent to a member of the Client's or Obrio's team.
This principle, fundamental to our approach, does not constitute an absolute guarantee against error. It is the Client's responsibility to verify and approve the actions proposed by the agents before they are carried out.
6. AI limitations and disclaimers
The AI agents deployed by Obrio are assistance tools. The User and the Client acknowledge that:
- AI agents may produce results that are inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate depending on the context
- No AI system is infallible, and results must always be verified by a competent human before any critical action
- Agent performance may vary based on the quality of the data provided and the complexity of the tasks
- Obrio cannot be held responsible for decisions made by the Client based on results produced by the agents without adequate human verification
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, animations, code) is the exclusive property of Obrio or its licensors, and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
